The Avenue at Warrensville provides in-patient and out-patient rehabilitative care for a wide range of diagnosis and needs. After an illness, injury or elective surgery, our experienced therapy team will strive to help you get back to your previous life and level of functioning as quickly as possible. The therapy team is a dynamic and compassionate group trained in the latest rehabilitative techniques. Our spacious gym offers many leading edge treatment modalities and equipment not commonly found in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Facilities including diathermy and e-stim, a car module for transfer training as well as a full-training kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities to prepare you for home going. Whether your improving general mobility or regaining strength after a surgery or illness, our Licensed Physical, Occupational and Speech therapists provide exceptional interventions and are committed to treating the whole persons needs with respect, dignity and an enriched quality of life.

The Avenue at Warrensville offers additional in-house services to our residents. We have a number of specialists who regularly visit the facility including Dentist, Podiatrist, Audiologist, Optometrist, Psychologist and a dedicated Wound Care Nurse and Wound Care Physician that round weekly.
